Let's celebrate Parents Day on Aug 1st with a family fitness event!
Join in on the activities with lots of exercise, silly behavior and fun for the whole families...daddy, kids of all ages and the whole family is welcome. Afterwards we'll celebrate even more with a potluck. yummy!
