Triathlon season continues....

Run, Bike and Swim

MIM hands
on the Moms In Motion team!
Runnin for Rhett
Each season, we support a local Philanthropy.

This season, we support Runnin' for Rhett's mission to let
Rhett's story INSPIRE those who feel defeated, UPLIFT those who feel down and ENCOURAGE all to take that first step and MOVE INTO LIFE! And to do something that Rhett couldn't do, as hard as he tried...to run or walk!

Together, we will make a difference.

Dear Wendy,

Carve a little time out to focus on YOU.

We'll help you combine Fitness, Fun and Philanthropy all in one place, setting you up for success.

Join us to train for and successfully complete the all women's Luna Bar sprint triathlon! Swim, bike and run/walk your way to the finish line and be a triathlete! We will support you all the way through with group workouts, a training plan, professional coaching, skills clinics and camaraderie! First time and experienced triathletes welcome.

.5 mile swim - 20 mile bike - 4 mile run

All ages, levels and abilities encouraged. You can do it!

Keep movin mama,

Wendy Hoag and Rachelle Hightower
