Kids are often the highlight of my day. They are so honest, forthright and just down right entertaining. Here are two stories that inspired that thought.

A few days ago, I'd brought a few extra handle tubes to class to let some moms try out a higher resistance for progression. They were lying by my things during the core section of class and 3 or 4 kids picked them up proceeding to have their own StrollerFit class. Doing bicep curls, squats and some running in between. So funny and so wonderful that they truely are watching and picking things up by doing so!

Second story is personal. My family went to cut down a Christmas tree and stoped at a favorite spot for a cider. My husband and I realized this was where we'd taken one of our favorite pictures of the kids on a swing..back when they were both under 3 years old. SO cute! When I got home and downloaded the photos I realized....we’ve officially reached that awkward stage of every family where you can never get both kids to stand and smile normally without contorting their bodies in some strange and very inexplainable way. You’ve seen it before, swore your family wouldn’t do it and now I’m there. So there...what is he doing with is arms! And why must we roll our eyes?
